There are many way to learn the fundamentals of blogging.

Obviously, many people choose to learn about blogging by reading written content (blogs) from successful bloggers.

However, people learn in different ways, and sometimes a change of format can help you better understand the ins and outs of a topic. There are a number of podcasts about blogging, which cater to users who prefer (or only have time for) audio content.

Similarly, for users that prefer video content, there are many great YouTube channels that teach blogging. This article will cover some of the best YouTube channels for bloggers!

What Makes a YouTube Channel Valuable to Bloggers?

For the purposes of this article, I’ve selected some of my favorite YouTube channels about blogging, as well as those that are popular with other experienced bloggers. I’ve also indicated the “level of experience” needed to best appreciate the content of each.

Generally though, all these channels are:

Trustworthy. All YouTube channels are not created equal, so I’ve excluded any that contain misleading or questionable advice (especially for new bloggers).

Consistent. While many YouTube creators go through periods of inactivity, I tried to pick channels that publish new videos on a fairly consistent basis.

Interesting. There are many technical aspects of blogging that can be a bit boring, so I’ve tried to filter out channels that contain unnecessarily complex and rambling content.

1. Niche Pursuits

Affiliate Marketing Illustration Blogging Guide

The NichePursuits YouTube channel contains a ton of useful blogging related content. The channel is one of the many umbrella products in the NichePursuits brand, founded by Spencer Haws. The show is hosted by Jared Bauman, and it contains a lot of great interviews with some of the most successful bloggers.

The channel was founded by Jim Harmer and Ricky Kessler, and is currently hosted by Ricky Kessler.
